How We Verify Our Data
Immigration decisions are life-defining. EasyVisaCheck adheres to strict data integrity standards so you never have to guess whether numbers are accurate, current, or artificially inflated.
Zero Synthetic Estimates
We never fabricate or extrapolate processing dates. Every wait time, priority date cutoff, and form processing range is taken directly from an official agency release.
Fail-Closed Atomic Publishing
If an automated daily scrape encounters an upstream government outage or Cloudflare block, our system refuses to publish incomplete records and preserves the last validated state.
Transparent Staleness Notice
Every card and page displays a timestamp. If upstream data is delayed, we prominently display a verification notice rather than claiming false real-time precision.
Our Official Government Data Feeds
USCIS Processing Times
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (DHS)
We poll USCIS published processing times for every form category and service center. If the upstream USCIS server fails or is blocked by Cloudflare WAF, our atomic ingestion engine halts publication and preserves the last confirmed official snapshot with a visible provenance badge.
Department of State Visa Bulletin
U.S. Department of State (Bureau of Consular Affairs)
Each month when the Department of State releases the upcoming Visa Bulletin, we ingest both the "Final Action Dates" and "Dates for Filing" tables. We also mirror the USCIS companion announcement confirming which chart applies for domestic I-485 submissions.
USCIS Quarterly Workload Statistics
USCIS Office of Performance and Quality
We parse official quarterly filings, approvals, denials, and pending case inventories across service centers and field offices (e.g., Form I-140, I-485, N-400), providing historical trends and queue visibility without estimation.
Department of Labor LCA Database
Employment and Training Administration (DOL)
Our H-1B sponsor database and prevailing wage references are built from certified Labor Condition Applications (ETA-9035) published by the Department of Labor. We do not use third-party scrape aggregations.
Consular Appointment Wait Times
U.S. Department of State Consular Posts
Consular appointment wait times represent State Department weekly averages across interview categories (B1/B2, F-1, H-1B, L-1). These are informational averages published by individual embassies and consulates and fluctuate based on post staffing and seasonal demand.
